2011 Retreat Information

 

-       Use of the yurt comes with both day use and overnight use.  No minimum number of people required for use of yurt.  Maximum number of people depends on type of use.

 

-          Sleeping quarters are lodge-style, and a sleeping bag should be brought by each guest. Each room is equipped with 2 to 3 bunk beds and access to a shared bathroom with shower. Fitted sheets, pillows with pillow cases, and towels are provided for each bed for overnight users.  A washer and dryer are available.

 

-          All facilities are available for day and overnight use. This includes hiking trails, jogging trail, main lodge with commons room, bunkrooms and kitchen, hot tub, campfire rings, picnic tables, lawns in front of lodge, and yurt.  The main house with lawn, gardens, orchards, shop and horse facilities are not available for use, unless by prior arrangement.  Occasionally, some services are not available due to weather.

 

-             A non-refundable fee of $25 for any pets staying in the lodge is required.

 

-             A liability release form needs to be signed by EVERY participant prior to or upon arrival, prior to using facilities.
